1. Navigate to your taskbar and click on the BITS Castle icon to open an IT Ticket or access the Help Desk Portal.
2. Click on "IT Ticket" for basic trouble tickets. To access further options, select "Help Desk." Here, you can view your ticket status, check the devices assigned to you, create specialty forms such as, request new hires onboarding/offboarding, and submit hardware and software requests.
3. Please fill out the form with details about your issue and attach a screenshot of the active screen. If you have any prior images related to the issue, you can upload those as well
4. Click here
5. Click "Take screenshot" to capture a picture of your active screen. Make sure to open the error or issue before taking the screenshot.
6. Click "Attach Image File" to open a file explorer and upload an image from your device.
